The Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University was established by an Act passed by the parliament (No. 58 of 1994). The University came into existence on 10.01.1996 vide GOI, Ministry of HRD, Education Department Notification No. 8-16/GOI/desk/U-1 dated 05.01.1996. The basic philosophy and policies of the University are spelt out and enshrined in the University Act and Statutes. RECRUITMENT:
1. Post Doctor fellow in whose major role is Project designing and monitoring, GIS modeling, drone survey, data & policy analysis and visualization, coordination, training of line officers in project districts, writing, reviewing, and editing 1 Position is out for which one must have Masters’ degree with 55% in Environmental Sc./Geography/ Water Resources with a PhD. Minimum three years experience in Remote Sensing and GIS tools and in which Upper age limit: is of 55 Years and salary of 60,000/ will be given.
2. Research associate in which Identification of sites needs to be restored, data & policy analysis and visualization, training of line officers in project districts, research planning, writing reports and other scientific articles 1 Position is out for which one must have Masters’ degree with 55% in Environmental Sc./Geography/ Water Resources with a PhD. Minimum three years experience in Remote Sensing and GIS tools and in which Upper age limit: is of 42 Years and salary of 55,000/ will be given.
3. JRF in which Monitoring, sampling, assessment and data analysis Masters in Environmental Sc./Geography/ Water Resources, Upper age-limit: 28 Years and salary will be given 31,000/
4. Research Assistant in which Sampling and analysis, project coordination and management in which salary is given 25,000/ and for which Masters’ in Environmental Sc./Geography/ Water Resources, Upper age limit: 28 Years.
